Department of Pathology
The department of pathology was established in 1964 under the chairmanship of Prof. Sami Hameed. Presently seven well equipped laboratory establishments dispense about one thousand investigations per day, including Imunohistochemistry and Serum Tumour markers. The Blood Bank has a well established Component lab and is catering to the requirements of Aligarh and the adjoining areas. It has ranked NO.1 in U.P. consecutively for 2011, 2012 and 2013 by NACO.
